  If you have already done that and are not receiving the email, then please try what is suggested here:

  If you still have no luck, then please add the modlook tag to this thread so that someone on Staff can assist you with receiving the email. You will see the option to add tag on the right sidebar. Type “modlook” and then click on add. Please be patient while waiting for someone on Staff to get back with you.
