How can I put a video on my blog, if is has flashshockwave?

You can’t. Flash is not allowed on WordPress.com.
You can see if you can find it on YouTube, or you could download or capture it and put it up on YouTube, then put it in your blog, but you can’t put Flash in your blog.

There is no point in us giving you answers and instructions only to find that you don’t have a wordpres.<storng>com blog. If you have downloaded software from wordpress.org then our answers and instructions will not apply because wordpress.com runs on different software.

Good. Now that we are sure that you do have a wordpress.com blog you can do as raincoaster says in her post:

No one answers me there, but thanks anyaway, i’m hoping wordpress one day allow those types of videos!

Those are all the kinds of videos that you can use on a wordpress.com blog and the instructions are right there at those links.P.S. It’s unrealistic to expect an instant answer on any forum. In fact, it’s not acceptable to “bump” an unanswered post of your own until 24 hours has passed.

Adobe Flash videos? I still can’t download those. I’ve tried and asked on forums and no one knows.
