  I purchased a plan for $99 a year, but i did the purchase in a domain that i dont want, i erase the site, but looks like i lost the purchase. What can i do?

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

  I don’t see any upgrades in your account, so you might have bought it using a different account. If you let me know the URL of the site you deleted I can investigate further.
