Help

I need help. I got trapped for the longest time and basically lost my voice behind this wall and most of these people didn’t care.
I don’t want to go on an aside, but can you help me setup a plugin on WordPress? I’m not using an FTP and installed the CSS plugin into the folder. How do I connect my wordpress to the plugins folder without an FTP?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Somebody please help me I didn’t understand what was going on until now.
Thank you so much, I never expected this to happen.

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/This guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform: Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site where you can set up a secure payment system https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

It’s wrong that people were trapped like this without being aware of it and is really a reflection on the world we live in. I hope nobody takes offence to this comment. I didn’t realize it was all over a few dollars.

Thank you very much for the help. Can you recommend one of the best sites for hosting the webpage within a reasonable budget? If I glossed over the post it’s because I’m at work and apologize in advance.

Hey there,
Can you recommend one of the best sites for hosting the webpage within a reasonable budget?
Purchasing and setting up a self-hosted WordPress.org site through reliable hosts such as Flywheel, Siteground, and Bluehost are recommended, cost effective options. Pressable is also a recommended higher end option.
Thanks!

I didn’t realize they use their own stat quo to take peoples’ voice and value but I’m moving past it and appreciate the input.
