  Dear team, I am unable to see the title of my blog instead seeing it as SITE TITLE. Can you please advise how I can change the SITE TITLE tag to the ACTUAL NAME as I’d like to name my blog? Thanks!

  click on the button next to themes labeled customize.

  then click on site identity, from there look at site title and the other options to make sure it is as you wish.
