  Typically, you can logging to your site’s dashboard by going to https://www.thegoodchannel.com/wp-admin/

  However, I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your thegoodchannel.com site is not with WordPress.com managed hosting. As such, we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Instead, your host uses open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from what we offer here on WordPress.com.

  The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact your host for further support.
