I have deactivated one of my website. Please how can I activate it ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
If you only made the site private previously you can now make it public. To change blog visibility to Public go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 1. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings

Note that https://theonlygodsprincess1.wordpress.com/ has not been deleted.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
