I see the domain URL.
1. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
2. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
3. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did expiration take place?
6. Have you read domain expiration? https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/Note: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#domain-released

P.S. Once you have it set up properly and renewed the upgrade domain mapping will provide a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL .wordpress.com to the original content. It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to take place throughout the internet but it doesn’t usually take that long.

Hi there,
If this is for the domain, michaelaronovitz.com, that domain belongs to the username, darcnina. Only that user can renew or otherwise manage the domain and Custom Design upgrades on that site.
I lost my password for administrator to my site
