  I got very confused with everything. I bought a domain in May 2016 for my blog and now I have no idea what is going on.
  I had problems with my PC so I don`t have wordpress installed in my computer. Do I have to pay again for it?
  And the blog I set up its not connected to my wordpress profile. I am so out of my way here. Any tips?

  Yes, it looks like your site at ibelieveinus.com isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom but is a self-hosted WP install hosted at InMotion.

  Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you need help for your self-hosted site you can find it over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.

  You may have registered an account here at WordPressdotcom in order to use the jetpack plugin, but it doesn’t sound like it if it isn’t connected to this profile.
