  Yes it refusing to let me change it even using the password they recommended. It’s really strange, almost like it isn’t accessible anymore. It’s over a year since I have been on, could that be why? If so do you know how to contact someone who can help, there does not seem to be any contact address aside from the forums. Thanks for replying

  Thanks for replying and trying to help, I have tried to get through the form but I have no detailed information after all this time. I can see me not being able to get in. Left it too late sadly methinks
