HELP!!!!

  I downloaded the Olsen light and have been working on it for a few days. Last night I upgraded to PRO. I waited the half hour for the email for the upgrade but never got it. I sent two emails for support, no one got back to me. Tonight when trying to go to my website nothing is working. It will only connect when you put /home/ at the end of my website. I should be able to connect with just jewelsgriffin.com I spent 3 hours on the phone with hostgator. They escalated this until there was no where else to go. They deactivated and reactivated and tried so many things. They suggested I reach out to you for help. I am really annoyed that your website says 24/7 support but no one has gotten back to me, I can’t find a number to call AND something I paid for last night still hasn’t shown up.
