  as my account has be suspended and the blog I produced I would like to see to edit it so that it does not break the terms and conditions

  We Volunteers cannot help you. Note that there’s also a contact form you can use to reach Staff at the bottom of this page http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

  Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.
