  Our website Sound-landscaping.com , soundlandscapes.com. We cant access it from wordpress. My wife was trying to clone and changed something, now we cant get back in.

  Neither of those sites are hosted by wordpress.COM and as they are not on our servers we cannot help you with them.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or

  I’m confused then. As I understood it, we used to be with 1and1.com; we switched over to vultr to host our domains. I created an entire website with WordPress which showed up online until yesterday when I changed the url in my settings while logged in to my wordpress site. I’ve never even heard of choopa until you just wrote that.

  I was under the impression that I just need to find out how to get my password reset because it is not sending a password link to my email now.
