Really? We all have free blogs being free hosted by wordpress.com. We can onl;y purchase avaiable upgrades and I don’t see a support by phone upgrade listed here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/

Their account is only 10 minutes or so old so they are probably venting in the wrong forum
