  I’m not showing that there’s any website at that URL – is that the correct address?

  Additionally, that website is not hosted here at WordPress.com so we’re limited to what we can advise here. It may be a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere?

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can try to get you pointed in the right direction.

  If you know who your hosting provider is, you might want to reach out to them for help. Since they host your site, they also have access to your site’s files and backend and would be the best ones to help you reset your login information.
