  Hey guys! I’m new and could really use the help. I recently became interested in affiliate marketing as a way to make passive income. As of now I have an instagram account I want to build up but I need help with my site. I was wondering if there’s a way to link my visitors to an affiliate site such as Amazon after they click on a picture I uploaded? Or is that something I would have to move to WordPress.org for??

  Hello @wheredyougetthatshit,

  Most affiliate links and sponsored posts from reputable merchants are allowed on WordPress.com, as long as your blog’s primary purpose is to create original content, and not merely to send traffic to these sites.

  As stated in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/affiliate%20links/

  So yes, affiliate linking is allowed as long as you are creating original content.

  NOTE:
  If you are trying to embed iframe codes for affiliate linking, they wont work on WordPress.COM, because they are not allowed.
