  how do I link my two blogs together so if you go to the first one you can get the second one?

  You can create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ in each blog and then add a custom link http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links to the opposite blog as an item in your custom menu to interlink them.
