Help!

I am reaching out for help with another account I paid someone to do for me… uncomplicatedsuccess.com. I have done everything I could to reach out to WordPress about this account, but have no proof of ownership, so my message wouldn’t go through. (The person who created it has all the information and has disappeared on me.) My uncomplicatedsuccess.com site was up last week and I hired someone to help me yesterday to get it on a secure site and I got a 404 code on everything. The email attached to this account was isn’t a working email anymore. I have absolutely no way to get anything…no email….no verification codes…no nothing. Any advice? I am trying to gain control over this site that I’ve spent $1,000’s on. How can I gain control over the site I paid someone to do (and has all the information to access it and disappeared) and how can I get in touch with a Happiness Specialist at WordPress when there is no phone number to explain this to them.

uncomplicatedsuccess.com is hosted by GoDaddy and using the WordPress.org software. Staff here at WordPress.com have no access to that site as it isn’t on the WordPress.com servers. You can try asking for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/ but really you need to get in touch with the person you entrusted to set up your site.
