  I have paid for WordPress pro however it does not show on my billing history but the money has gone from my bank account? Who can I contact?

  This usually happens when you have another wordpress.com account. You can use the Transaction ID to find out which account bought the Pro Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
