  Hi there,
  That is something you have to do it yourself, because WordPress staff do not delete accounts. However, i must inform you that WordPress.COM accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.

  But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

  IMPORTANT NOTE:
  Even if you deactivate your account your username is not removed from the database, so that it’s not available to any other users when they are registering for a new account. This is done to keep you from being impersonated by anyone else.

  PS: Since your account is fairly new, can i ask why are you trying to delete it?
