    Hello, I would like to ask for the full refund of the domain and the personal offer to which I have just subscribed. I thought I could get a .com with this offer, but I can not, I am very disappointed. Thank you for my refund.

    You can indeed register a domain like ‘example.com’ on the Personal Plan. If you have already upgraded you will find a green band on the sidebar saying you have a free domain credit, click on that and follow the successive prompts to register a domain.

    NOTE: If the domain you are trying to register is already registered by someone else it will be not available for you. You might wanna try some other domain in that case.

    If you still wish to cancel your plan/domain, I am tagging this thread for staff attention to save time.

    To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. Click on the domain and then the button to Cancel.
    If it’s been more than 2 days since the purchase date, you will not receive a refund but the domain can still be canceled by contacting support.

    How can I cancel my plan?
    You can cancel your plan via Purchases. Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan, and be sure to check your email for a link to confirm your cancellation.

    Good Morning –

    I’ve processed a full refund of €35.88 for your purchase. These funds should reach you in about ten days. There are occasions where international refunds can take longer.

    It is possible to register a .com with the personal plan but it sounds like perhaps the .com you wanted was already taken?

    I’ll leave this thread open so you can come back and post here with further questions/concerns.

    At the ten day mark it will be best to contact your bank and ask them when you can expect the refund. They can also tell you how it’s going to be listed on the statement.
