Hi there,
Phone support is not available for WordPress.com sites.
Is pavotenders.wordpress.com the site you need help with?
If it is, what leads you to believe that it has been hijacked or hacked?
If you believe your site has been hacked, you should change your password and enable Two Step Authentication.

Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com site and purchased the upgrade for it?
How many Admins do you have? Only one is recommended.

re: hacked accounts and blogs
If anyone is posting anything to your blog or removing anything from it, or changing anything in it, or if your blog has been deleted and you did not delete it, then it’s most likely that you have provided them with the ability to do so, either deliberately by adding them as official users, or by allowing them access to your login information, or by posting content that makes it easy for them to guess what your log-in information is.
For you the question that needs to be answered is: Who, aside from me, has access to my login information?
Go to your email program immediately and change the password to a very difficult one because that’s how many hackers gain access to blogs.

You can also reset your password via your Settings tab on the WordPress.com home page:
http://wordpress.com/#!/settings/Use a secure, encrypted connection to connect to your Dashboard. Under Users → Personal Settings, check the box that says “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages, and click Save Changes.
Use two step authentication http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/
Run a security scan on your computer. See here to run a security scan http://geekflare.com/online-scan-website-security-vulnerabilities/
Never leave your computer logged into your blog and walk away from it. Always log out properly.

Thank you for your response. The site I have “lost” is custommarinesales.net . It was being developed on WP. Hosted on GoDaddy. Domain name held by 1and1. I was overseas for 2 months and returned to find a music band had taken over the site. We have since directed our .net domain to our .com. I have checked with both GoDaddy & 1and1 and cannot find any files to salvage. The Pavotenders WordPress account is one I created to practice with. I am unsure where the account in question sits as I used to login in through http://www.custommarinesales.net/wp-login.php my web developers are no help after spending thousands of dollars with them. Can you help?

I am sorry… I have not been clear. There was a WordPress website w.ww.custommarinesales.net. It was hijacked by a random band call Ballibong or some such. Between the original developer and the 2nd developer who took over the site when the first shut down his business, the cannot find any files to salvage. I do not know where my account is as I used to sign in via the domain. I.e. http://Www.custommarinesales.net/wp-login . Please note that current status of the site is due to the developer redirecting the domain to our .com.
My question is… would there be any possible chance of finding files to salvage my site? Note, I have checked both 1and1 and GoDaddy

Hi there,
The site I have “lost” is custommarinesales.net . It was being developed on WP. Hosted on GoDaddy.
The fact that the site used to be hosted on GoDaddy means it was not a WordPress.com site. You were using the self-hosted WordPress.org software to make that site, and it has no connection whatsoever to WordPress.com.
The domain, custommarinesales.net, has never been connected to any site on WordPress.com.
If there are still any files of the site that can be salvaged, they will be on GoDaddy’s servers, so you’ll need to contact them to try and recover them. But we can’t help you recovering files that were never on our servers.
