  Why does WordPress not offer direct support to clients? All I can find is public forums – no support chat, no support phone number, etc………?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Free plan includes Community support through these forums.

  The Personal, Premium and Business plans include Email and Live Chat support.
