  I used to use another program to maintain http://www.prf.co.za and want to switch to WordPress which is bundled with the hosting. WordPress did not do the theme or anything and I assumed is was because the pages ie index was still on the server from the previous software so I started deleting the old crap….but deleted all the WP files as well and now I am stuck! With no back up..how can I get the normal wordpress blank site etc back?
