no one is answering me. I’m sitting here crying. Fifteen years of blog posts and photos are gone. Suspended with just a ‘We are sorry for the inconvenience, but as mentioned in our User Guidelines, we don’t permit spam or machine-generated content’. I had no spam or machine-generated content on my site. I write everything myself, I put everything up by hand. I work hard at my blog. And now it’s gone. Please bring it back.

I’ll answer you. I’m sorry you’ve had to wait two hours ☹️.
First, jennifermacaire.wordpress.com is loading for me. I’m not getting the Terms of Service violation notice. Clear your browser cache or load the page in incognito mode if that warning is still showing.
Second, these forums aren’t the right place to talk about Terms of Service issues. I say that because there’s nothing we can do about it here. The terms of service team will discuss this issue with you (if it’s still an issue). They are all reasonable humans working to make the web great. Reach out to them if it’s still needed or if you want to discuss what caused this and how to prevent it in the future:

Just confirming that jennifermacaire.wordpress.com loads fine for me as well.
If you are referring to a different WordPressdotcom site which has been suspended, please use the contact form on the Support guide that @jessestu linked to.
As possible Terms of Service violations can only be handled by our ToS team, and we cannot discuss or resolve it here in our public forums, I’m going ahead and closing this thread. Best wishes.
