  Hello! I’m going through some distress period.

  Yesterday while i was at work, my colleague logged into my personal laptop for some wordpress matters. Everything was done smoothy, a few hours later wordpress couldnt load. We didnt think anything abt it then we refreshed, miraculously it worked. So we didnt think much. After we ended work towards the end arnd 7 going 8, the management called us to lament us because of the wordpress malfunctioning.

  Would like to clarify, would it be faulty for the page if both log in with a business account yet we did not touch any functions except to upload posts?

  As my boss is contemplating to ask for damages payment, is the fault of loggin in via another computer or just an incidental system matter?

  On a side note, logging in from another computer should not have any adverse effect on your website.

  its a business website, and unless they have the necessary plug ins right!?

  Ah. Ok. Can you share the website address, please? Is this website hosted by WordPress.com?

  It’s a self-hosted WordPress site, therefore, you need to ask for help from your hosting provider.

  hi fstat,

  i m currently just checking if logging in to the website with 2 devices at the same time would cause any adverse effect to the website? such at the website crashing!

  just need this tiny clarification please.

  Since your site is not hosted on our infrastructure I cannot answer you that. Different hosting providers have different configurations.

  By default, a user can log in to a WordPress site using the same account from multiple locations at the same time.
