WhenI click on “get help” on your support, or most functions in WP I get a non-responsive screen: in the URL box, a green closed lock with WordPres.com (automatic, Inc.)[US] all in green preceding the black typeface of https:// and the rest of the normal address for my site. The nonresponsive page has the W logo in a circle with bluish gray off to the left and white for the rest of the screen. That lock-in green seems to keep me out. I can not backspace and erase it!. I can not highlight and erase it!
I am unable to approve comments. I can’t contact WordPress directly. Help

This is usually a problem with your browser and hopefully solved by clearing cache/cookies or as a last resort by trying a different browser: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
