  Created an account a year ago, and do not remember the username or email.

  I canceled the account shortly after but now a year later i’m being charged $99 and without knowing the email associated or username its impossible to contact support or dispute a charge.

  This has to be the worst contact support i’ve ever seen.

  Does anyone have any solutions?

  Do you have the cancel email confirmation? In your credit card charge, what is the description of the service?

  I am setting the moderator’s tag for a review, but on your old statements, the email should show for you.
