  IN your first thread – https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/phone-call-5/ – you stated “… it clearly states at the bottom of the page ‘powered by word press’”. This means your site is not on the wordpress.com platform but is made with the standalone version of wordpress.org.
  As kokkieh stated above “If you need help with a site hosted somewhere else and using the open source WordPress software, please use https://wordpress.org/support/ instead.”
