  Our organization has provided wordpress to its members. BUT, not an easy way to build the website. what support (phone, screen take over, etc do you offer,

  the URJ has provided our organization with a set of themes to use as our platform.

  they don’t have great resources, or any kind of hands on let me see what you Messed up…

  I know the basics of HTML, but that does not apply here.

  I need to know how to insert widgets, buttons, lists, calendar into my under construction web site.

  WHAT “PLANS” ARE AVAILABLE TO GET MORE PERSONALIZED HELP? not shouting just frustrated, i can’t get this up and running..

  Could you please clarify what you mean by a “list” widget? Do you mean a list of recent blog posts? If so, you can do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/recent-posts-widget/

  I’m not familiar with what the URJ is, but just a quick heads up that adding custom themes requires the Business Plan. You can however view a huge variety of other themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes

  Could you please just clarify you intend on using WordPress.com instead of self-hosted WordPress? If so, these guides should hopefully help!

  There is no phone support offered with WordPress.com.

  I assume you’re referring to a screen share service, or Concierge Support. As I stated in my previous response, this is available for users with the Business Plan: https://en.support.wordpress.com/concierge-support/
