HELP!

I have a site with you through 1and1.com (GoofyWoofy.com). I’ve been trying for several months to get the site up, but have come across the problem that the email associated with this site ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is an old one that I closed down awhile back.
I tried to access this through an email account that I currently have, but all I get is my old site feinwriting.com site that I had created in 2007. Please help me, I created Goofy Woofy to sell dog scarves to help fund my dog’s knee replacement surgery. Which she needs sooner, rather than later.

Hi,
It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
You only created a WordPress.com account two hours ago, unless you’re meaning you had a previous one. Please note a WordPress.com account is not needed to have a self-hosted website, there is a difference.
