  I tried to install a new theme and it gave an error message, nowI can’t access anything to do with my site

  Please confirm if the site address is confidentofthiscom.wordpress.com. If not, please let us know the URL of the site that you can’t access.

  Do you have cpanel access to your website? If you do, you can go into the cpanel, find the themes folder and delete the theme that you are currently using. The site will default to another theme that you have installed. Then you can access it via the WP admin dashboard and basically start over setting up the site.
