when i click on my site option, my site is not there only ‘create a site’ i have a website to the address of http://www.heatandhale.com that i would like to access and customize it further on the dashboard but i cannot link it with the mysite option, thank you

You’re in the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. You probably haven’t created a site here at all. The site you speak of is hosted elsewhere. You’ll be able to access it directly by adding /wp-admin to the address:
