help!

    Hi there.
    My name is Katie Botwin, and I have had a site with you guys called summitsonder.com for a while. It is no longer letting me log into the site. I was trying to change the domain name to ‘tropicolorado.com’ and I messed it up, and now it won’t let me log into the site. Can you please help me? I can’t contact you from that page because it won’t let me log into the site.

    Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this. The site at summitsonder.com uses the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, and is hosted with NameCheap.

    It sounds like you did not follow the process outlined in the documentation for the open source WordPress software you are using, here:

    You can try using that info to fix this yourself, else you will likely need to contact support at your hosting provider so they can help you fix this via your hosting control panel with them.
