  I’ve been asked to open this account to enable me to have my picture on websites, but I know nothing about websites or this account, and simply don’t know what I am doing?
  How to set up a #name or even insert my photo as there’s no save button

  Hi there,

  In the top left of any WordPress.com page you have an avatar (in your case is the standard one), click there and you will access your profile settings. Over there you will have the steps to change your profile picture.
