HELP!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve been dealing with this for months now.

    There is a glitch in the system for my account. I purchased the Personal plan in October of last year.

    I initially purchased my domain from Go Daddy and was able to transfer my domain in December.

    I accidentally deleted my wordpress account, then reinstated it within the window of opportunity to do so.

    I now have access to my wordpress domain: https://episode1ofcom.wordpress.com/
    but would now like to add my purchased domain, went through all the steps to add the domain transfer with the authorization code and it is now asking for me to purchase the personal package again.

    As mentioned I’ve already purchased the personal package, have proof, reinstated my wordpress domain- which is now still active (never received a refund from WordPress for the Personal package) and now I am not able to speak to the live chat because they are stating I DO NOT HAVE A PACKAGE.

    Please help!!!!!

    The account you’re using to post here, episode1of, has never bought any upgrades from us, and have never transferred a domain, as I also told you in the previous thread you created:

    What is the domain you transferred in December? If you tell us that we should be able to tell you the correct account that owns it. We asked you for this information via email on 21 December 2018, and you never replied there.

    I think there is a lapse in understanding.

    I purchased the the PERSONAL plan on 10/22/18 for $48.00, this was the only plan I purchased. I’m not sure what other account this would be associated to because i’m only aware of is episode1ofcom.wordpress.com which would be changed to http://www.episode1of.com when the domain name is transferred, correct?

    I also never transferred a domain because I was not able to until December of 2018 when the pending status was removed for the domain transfer.

    Do you have an email I can send the payment screenshot to?

    When I created my wordpress I had requested to cancel episode1ofcom.wordpress.com which was a mistake. WordPress sent me a confirmation asking if I wanted to confirm the cancellation or reinstate my site.

    I then reinstated the site however episode1ofcom.wordpress.com (episode1of.com after transfer) now shows that I am only under the free plan, so I’m not sure what happened.

    I never got a refund for the $48 and would like to utilize the Personal plan for http://WWW.Epidose1of.com.

  • This is a public forum. Please do not post payment or transaction information here, as anyone is able to see that information here. That is why we followed up with you via email in December to get this info from you privately.

    The episode1of account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us. This account owns the free site, episode1ofcom.wordpress.com, but no upgrades have ever been associated with that site.

    The transaction information you provided matches a Personal Plan purchase for a completely different site, episode1ofdotcom.wordpress.com, which belongs to the username, episodeoneof. I can see that account purchased a domain transfer as well, but the transfer was never initiated.

    Please log out of this account, then log back in as the username, episodeoneof instead. If you don’t remember the password for that account, you can use the username to request a password reset here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    That will send a reset link to the email address you have associated with the other account, allowing you to log back into that account.

    Please let us know if you don’t receive the password reset email.

    Would you mind emailing me directly again please. Your email response was not helpful. I’ve also checked both my spam, trash and inbox and unfortunately do not see an email directly from WordPress support in December besides the automated confirmations from the forums and request for feedback surveys.
