Hello Jennifer, my site is called DFW INTEGRATED PRIMARY CARE , I already have a domain called dfwipc.com the site is built on wordpress but on someone elses account, need to transfer the site to my account and then upgrade to bussiness account at wordpress , please help

NS2.DFWIPC.COMAccording to this WHOIS search it looks like your domain is registered through GoDaddy and your site is using name servers that do not point here to WordPressdotcom.
Again, WordPress and WordPressdotcom are not the same thing. Please take a moment to read the support guide I linked to earlier to understand these differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you want to move your site to WordPressdotcom, you can create an export file (if your site is using WordPress) and then import the content to your WordPressdotcom site (mysite.wordpress.com) following this guide: https://transferto.wordpress.com/self-hosted-wordpress-org/
Once you set up a Business plan on your new site, you can then map your domain so your site will appear at dfwipc.com
