  I’m having an issue on your site. I purchased a personal plan.

  I cancelled it the plan, thinking that if I ever come back to word press my domain will be available. Looks like the domain says unavailable now and I want to reactivate my account with that very domain. How can I get it back!? It’s urgent and important. Thank you

  Hi there,

  It can be difficult to get a domain back after you have canceled. You should only cancel a domain if you are sure you no longer want it and are okay with the potential of someone else registering and using it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#toc

  I tagged this reply with a modlook tag to get attention from the Staff. They should be able to see whether you could re-purchase your domain or not.

  Thank you! I know it’s not in use by anyone because I claimed it yesterday and canceled it 10 minutes after I got it because word press was super hard to use. The domain is karinehafuta.com

  After I realized I can’t get that domain anywhere I figured I’ll come back to word press and just learn to use it, not knowing my domain wouldn’t be able to use! Please let me know. This all happened in a matter of less than 24 hours

  Hi khafuta, no problem… in this case the domain is slated to be released in a few days, but we can still restore it.

  Please go ahead and buy the plan of your choice, but do not use the domain credit. Update us here when that’s done and we’ll get the domain restored for you.
