  Can I make a blog with a name including wordpress and when the blog is up and running then put my domain name on http://happyasfluff.com on it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes if you aren’t happy with your current GoDaddy site you can upgrade https://happyasfluff.wordpress.com/ to a paid WordPress.com plan at some point in the future to use that domain with it. You’d need to check carefully which plan you purchased to make sure you could use similar features (adverts etc) to your existing site. Note you can’t transfer a domain until you’ve owned it 60 days (but you could map it to the site here).
