  I just logged on on my computer and it says I have no public sites. I have 2 and I can view them on my phone fine. I want to move one domain name to Squarespace and I need to unlock it. But how when it says I have none? I have a recent receipt for paying to renew also.

  Hi anacrowley, it sounds like you’re logged into a different account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received the receipt? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  If that does not work, please tell us the domain so we can help you find the correct account — I don’t see any on this one.
