    I get an error every time I try to access our website. I am the old president of the board at the Pineapple Playhouse (www.pineappleplayhouse.com) and still do the website updating, promos, etc. This may mean that there is a balance owed or something that i am not aware of. Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this and gain access once again to edit the website?

    It seems that you’re in the wrong support forum. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
