Help!

    My credit card expired and I thought I updated my subscription and it was good through 2020 – however, now it says I can not log in, that there is no account in my name… Can I please reinstate my website and domain name? I have tried everything, but can’t get anything to work. Please advise. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi kristainwf,

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another account. What is the address of the site you need to renew? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details here, a site address is the only information I need for now.

    If you haven’t done so already, please try logging out of WordPress.com and then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to.
