  I only want to scroll through blogs only in English. Is this even possible.

  What do you mean scroll through blogs? Using the “Next blog” button? Using the WP tag browser, etc.?

  I don’t know if you can do that or not. I know you can filter the Top Blogs (top posts, top blogs, etc.) list page by language, but that’s the only WP page that I’ve seen that provides a language choice.
