  I missed the emails about my card not working and now my domain atmalogy.com is missing and my linked email isn’t working. Please help I can pay I need this back immediately!!!

  Hi there,

  That domain expired on 10 July and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

  It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

  But this will take time. Redeeming a domain is a manual process, and includes emailing our domain provider, which is a different company, to restore the domain to our system, so it’s likely your domain will only work again by Monday.

  @kokkieh is there anyway you can do the same thing for my domain. I am willing to pay the fee and just want to make sure I can keep it. If you could get back to me asap that would be a life saver!

  No, the time lock on a transfer after registration or recovery is a limitation that’s imposed on all registrars, but until then you can direct your domain anywhere by simply changing its name servers: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/
