    I don’t receive any email and the product stay in my basket when I refresh ?

    Any help there ? thanks world

    We don’t have a record of any upgrades getting added to this account. As a first step, please call the bank or financial provider and inform them that this is not a fraudulent purchase. Let’s make sure they aren’t blocking the transaction.

    Another idea is to try using a different credit or debit card.

    If all else fails I can email a manual payment link.
