  there is a critical error on my website. Your help page says i need to add code to fix that, but i have no way of getting to the word press site to do that. If i can not get to my website i will have to abandon all my hard work. Please help. Does anyone have a customer service number?

  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. Also to get online support here you actually need to have a site that is hosted here. Your site is hosted by HostGator. If they don’t offer you support, as your site uses the WordPress.org software you can register an account at:
