Hello,
A few years ago we had a website through you, Newhorizonsffa.com. 2 years ago we switched to godaddy. One of our employees still use the email you provided. (email visible only to moderators and staff). It was recently turned off yesterday. I think it is because the payment method expired and needs to be updated. I am unsure how to pay it as I cannot log in anywhere. In addition I would like to know how to keep the domain active and forward it to my new website. Can someone call and help me with this.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
In this case though, I recommend contacting Bluehost about this: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
