  Hello there! I am here to change my avatar on the website ‘membean.com’ and it says that it uses your guys website to change the avatar. The problem is, I’ve changed my avatar in gravatar, but it doesn’t show up on ‘membean.com’. Please help me.

  I don’t see the Gravatar on your site but, you may want to clear the site’s and the browser’s cache. Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
