  Well, for one thing, you’re at WordPress.COM, not WordPress.ORG, and we don’t answer questions that are meant for them, because our software is significantly different. Try this: https://wordpress.org/support/

  WordPress.org is some software rather than a call centre. There are volunteers to help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ but you may need to register an account there first as there is no connection between the .com and .org support forums.
