  I am trying to access a website that I own, and believe is hosted here and is a WordPress site.
  it is http://www.asteriskhygiene.com.au
  On the 28th August 2018 this e-mail address was added as a user – (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  and a password was provided, but not used perhaps to finalise registration.

  The website you provided isn’t hosted with WordPress.com instead you’re using the open-source WordPress software and therefore you need to seek help at these forums:
